We offer free returns for up to 30 days after purchase. To start a return, contact us through our Contact page with your order number. We’ll provide instructions for your return and cover the return shipping cost.

Refunds

Once your return is received, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow your bank or credit card provider additional time to process and post the refund.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Incomplete Orders

Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed.

Subscription Orders

If you are subscribed, you can cancel or modify your subscription before your next billing cycle. Purchases made through a subscription are also eligible for our 30-day free return policy.
